Sofia is, for most clients, the first voice they hear when they reach out to the firm, and the person who makes sure nothing falls through the cracks afterward. As Legal Administrative Professional, she manages client relations, scheduling, and the day-to-day running of the office, holding the practice together in ways that rarely make it onto a website but matter enormously to the people the firm serves.

She came to Whitlock & Ellison after more than a decade in office and client management, and brings a calm, organized presence to a setting where clients often arrive anxious or overwhelmed. Sofia understands that a person's first contact with a law firm can be intimidating, and she sees part of her role as making that first step feel a little easier. She is the one who remembers your name, returns your call promptly, and ensures your appointment runs on time.

Colleagues describe Sofia as the quiet engine of the firm. Clients tend to describe her more simply: as the reason they felt looked after from the very first phone call.

Outside of work, Sofia is a keen gardener and spends as much of the summer as possible outdoors.
